Paste the generated block into plugins/TAB/animations.yml, run /tab reload, then use %animation:Name% anywhere TAB supports placeholders, for example in the header or custom player name.

It is the delay in milliseconds between frames. With 20 frames and change-interval: 100 one full loop takes 2 seconds. Lower values make the animation faster.
